4. Budapest 

This gem of Europe (also known as the Paris of Eastern Europe) is a super affordable destination! With less than a euro, you can ride one of the most beautiful tram routes in the world. Eating, drinking and strolling around the beautiful streets of Budapest does not either cost a ton, so explore the home of many international students and enjoy the stunning architecture, good vibes, ruin bars, and thermal baths. 5. London

Lively London is full of surprises, and the city brings to mind world-class musicals, shopping streets, galleries, world-famous attractions, and world historically remarkable landmarks.
